Women's Healing Ceremonies

Ceremony has been part of Women's Culture for centuries. It is how we mark our milestones, celebrate our transformations, and come together in community.

In today's world, women are not always given the space to celebrate who we are in a way that is empowering. Our World is always on some kind of a threshold or precipice where healing women is the necessary action step that we've been missing for far too long.

I love this quote by Z. Budapest, one of the original advocators for Women's Spirituality in combination with Women's Rights:

"Women have historical amnesia. That's why we progress so slowly. We don't know what our sisters have already figured out for us, we don't have a flow of information where we can catch up and go beyond the daily inventing of the wheel all by ourselves again and again. In the 90's we must remedy this."

Our Mission:

It's 2024, and it doesn't feel like much has changed in this arena. So let us begin to Bee the Change We Want to Sea in the World. It is time that we are celebrated with a Capital C, Empowered, Transformed, and Healed within our Community of Women. Even if we have to do it ourselves, especially if we have to do it ourselves. 

The Mountain Goddess LLC wants to help make that change. To share what I have learned to help Women Heal, Connect and Move Forward into Our Lives in a Supported Way. Body, Mind, Heart and Soul. So we are now proud to offer Women's Healing Ceremonies as part of our Healing Menu.

YOUR Ceremony... What to Expect:

Every ceremony is different, much like the snowflakes in winter and the raindrops in spring. I work together with each client to create a basic outline we will follow, while leaving room for spontaneity and growth. Whatever happens in that moment of ceremony is what is meant to happen. We must allow ourselves the room to bend in the wind so we may grow the strongest roots possible.

Scheduling

Depending on which elements of the cosmos we want to include in YOUR Ceremony, your appointed day/time can be scheduled up to 30 days out from our phone call discussing the details. This allows us to incorporate the proper timing of the moon phase, planetary alignments and avoiding things like void-of-course-moons.

YOUR Ceremony is filled with thought and intent on both our ends, so I generally will not schedule them within 24 hours of our phone call. We need the time to really reflect on what you want included in your process, which may include journaling reflections to get a better understanding of your self prior to your ceremony.

You get out of it... what you put into it. While many ceremonies can be done impromptu, I want us to have more thought-filled intent for the creation of YOURS. YOU are WORTH IT! So please make sure to complete your full ceremonial preparations that I may give you, and have patience that birthing YOU is not an instant process.

Please keep in mind, that I will not make more than 3 attempts to contact you once your appointment request has been received. I generally respond first via email within 24 hours or less, then via text message, and finally attempting to reach you via a phone call/ voicemail. It is up to you to get back to us in a timely manner for scheduling.

Administrative Duties

Deposits: 50% minimum deposit is due at the time of scheduling, which may be done at the beginning of our in-depth planning phone call. This deposit is non-refundable, and helps cover my time in prepping for your ceremony, as well as reserving YOUR special time in both our schedules. Payable through our WAVE accounting platform for online invoicing (checking accounts or credit cards).

Once your deposit is received, we will either begin our in-depth planning phone call to discuss expectations, or schedule it for a later date if needed. Our planning phone call will be about what you want to have included in YOUR Ceremony, and ideas that I may have for you as well.

48-hours prior to your ceremonial appointment, the balance will be due in full. You will receive an updated WAVE invoice for the balance due. If your balance due is not paid in full within 48-hours of your appointment, your reserved date/time will be canceled. Your non-refundable deposit will not be applied to a later date.

Rescheduling: It is not ideal to have to reschedule a ceremonial appointment because of the amount of work and timing that goes into its preparation and creation for both of us. When absolute emergencies happen and cannot be avoided, you will be allowed 1 postponement. The original deposit will be applied to the reschedule date, but your balance must be paid in full at the time of rescheduling.

More often, it is a moment to be fluid in what your ceremony will include, to move with the events of life and the world, create a bit of spontaneity in our lives and keeping your appointment.

Costs

The cost of your ceremony is not an arbitrary number. It helps to cover just a portion of my time investment in YOU. It also takes into consideration what is necessary in today's world for The Mountain Goddess LLC to keep the doors open and lights on, so that we may continue to serve our community. 

We do our best to keep all our services as affordable as possible, while keeping these concepts in mind.
